Rarely do I like a cover version than the original. Jungkook Jeon is a member of the Korean boy group BTS. He specifically requested their fans to understand what the song is saying and not simply listen to his cover just because it is his cover.
I encourage you to do the same. If you are young and take the meaning of the song to heart, you might find a new appreciation for what youth offers. If you are "not young", you just might have a better resolve in pursuing your passion and/or happiness.
